❓ Challenges with the IDG Pillars
I’ve been reflecting on the five IDG pillars and noticed that some are easier to practice consistently than others. For me, the most challenging has been self-awareness in high-pressure moments. I’d love to hear from the group, which pillar do you find hardest to integrate at work, and what strategies have helped you navigate that challenge?
IDGs & Measurement
Many work environments live by the mantra: "What gets measured, gets done." Does this mean that IDG adoption @work depends on our ability to measure it? If so, is it even possible to measure Inner Development? Or does it risk over-simplifying the vastness of our human Beingness?
