Hi all,
I am Fleur and I am excited to join the Inner Development community! I am from the Netherlands, but I currently live in Germany. I did my masters, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, at Lund University in Sweden. With a deep ambition to create a more sustainable and inclusive world, I embarked on this journey of entrepreneurship. Later I wrote my thesis about the correlation between Aesthetic Sensitivity and Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intention. Right now I do my exchange at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich where my courses focus on strategy and management. I also work as a marketing manager for the BENELUX for a UK company. Iโ€™ve been experimenting with ending each workday by writing down one thing I learned about myself that day, not about tasks, but about how I showed up. Itโ€™s a small practice, but itโ€™s helped me notice patterns in my reactions, stress, and energy. Do you have a daily or weekly reflection habit thatโ€™s made a difference for you?
๐Ÿ’ซ 2. Expanding Emotional Awareness
I just finished Brenรฉ Brownโ€™s Atlas of the Heart, and it reminded me how often we oversimplify our emotions at work, โ€œstressed,โ€ โ€œbusy,โ€ โ€œfine.โ€ Naming emotions more precisely has helped me communicate needs instead of just moods. Has anyone else found language to be a bridge to better emotional agility?
