🌸 A warm hello and Namaste to everyone here 🙏

I am Sumeet Sandhu, joining this inspiring space from New Delhi, India — where I live and practice the Art of Living, and walk the path of inner and outer regeneration.

With a 25+ year journey across the corporate, entrepreneurial, social, and public sectors, I’ve moved from formal management systems into the wild, beautiful terrains of nature, culture, indigenous knowledge, psychology, and community-led wisdom. These experiences — like lifetimes within a lifetime — have shaped my ability to navigate both heart and mind in our increasingly VUCA-BANI world of polycrisis.

I find deep joy in weaving art, science, spirituality, agriculture, and systems thinking — restoring wholeness in fragmented worlds. I’m most alive when connecting dots, facilitating spaces, storytelling, and infusing magic into the mundane.

I come to this community wearing my Educator and Facilitator hat.

As an educator, I hold the belief that our current systems of education are failing humanity. We need to birth and build learning societies — rooted in local wisdom, intergenerational resilience, and neurodiverse brilliance. As someone who has decolonized her own academic conditioning, I love holding space for first-generation learners and cycle-breakers.

🌱 As Co-founder of GEN Bharat (India chapter of the Global Ecovillage Network) and steward of the RE:Generating India bioregional movement, I’m committed to embedding systemic change across civil society, governance, and private sector landscapes — beginning with inner transformation.

Designing Regenerative Business School curricula, where the IDG framework is integral
Integrating IDGs into my coaching, OD, and governance practice — with both for-profit and nonprofit leaders, steering towards Regenerative Leadership
Introducing Inner Development frameworks into public policy education and administration in India

I’m here to learn, to unlearn, and to co-create. I’d love to connect with fellow practitioners from across the world, especially those exploring the intersections of regenerative leadership, education, governance, and earth-based wisdom. 🌈
