Partnering with the Online Facilitation Unconference
Hi everyone,
Two things today!
First of all: today we're celebrating 2 years of our InnerDevelopment@Work Community 🎉!
Thank you for your support & participation! We look forward to seeing what the next year brings!
And...
ID@Work is partnering with the Online Facilitation Unconference (OFU 2026), The Art and Practice of Facilitating Online - taking place November 5–7, 2026.
What makes this Unconference different:
  • ☕ The agenda is built live by the people in the room (World Café style):
  • 🚫 No keynote speeches or pitch decks.
  • 🤝 No vendor presentations.
  • ⏱️ Open space format: Each block begins with 30-second live pitches.
We're calling our community to step up and propose topics and sessions related to inner development. Nadene & I will pitch a session about our community and the inner development work we support.
Because ID@Work is an official partner, we get to share different types of discount codes off the $59 base price:
  • Standard 30% off through our partner link: INNERDEV26
  • Geo Fairness 47.5% discount: INNERDEV26GEO25
  • Geo Fairness 65% discount: INNERDEV26GEO50
  • Geo Fairness 82.5% discount: INNERDEV26GEO75
The additional discounts are intended for countries with lower incomes. Please choose whichever level of discount feels fair. We trust that you will use your best judgement.
>> Event Website & Schedule: www.ofuexchange.net
Check out the site to see which block fits your calendar and think of one thing you'd like to talk about (related to inner work and/or our community) and let us know in the comments.
Warmly,
Sarah & Nadene
P.S. please join us for our next Skillbuilder next Tuesday, Oct 13th, 12.30pm CET about Leading in the Flow of Work
