I’m sure I wont be the only one here who trains alone but tomorrow is my HYROX sim day (the only day i can get to a decent gym with all the kit needed).
Whenever I do a Sim I always follow the weekly version in the program. This week is a doubles workout. So ill imagine my partner is working whilst i catch my breath on the stations. Usually I will give myself a 1:1 work rest ratio on each station snd try to split it up as i would with a training partner.
Anyone else giving it a go? Ill drop my experience in here tomorrow!
