Fitness Tests to measure progress
Hey!
What assessments are best to programme for everyday hyrox athletes who are focussed on long term results, that we can retest in the future and that will relate to Hyrox specifically?
I’m guessing 5km run time is a big one, but could 10km run also be good? And some sort of 1-2km time trail.. And then the other ergs and strength/stations test we can do?
