My win today was that I was able to talk to my manager without fear to tell him about a situation that I had enough like having garbage on the floor in the bathroom on the lunchroom i am trying to keep it my best clean but they need to do there part also. So we are going to try with a new solution to put bigger garbage can to see if that will help. I am proud of myself how my body didn't panic or fear when I saw him I just told him that I will like to talk to him about a situation he told yes we can talk and I just told him what washer situation. It my mind was he maybe will not like that I complain but it not really complaining I just try my best to keep area clean
