💥 When the things you go through have a big payoff… 💥
One of the main reasons @Shannon Koss and I moved to Arizona was to be close to our grandson. (OK our daughter @Sara Thompson too, but any grandparents here in the Crew, know what I'm talking about 😁) In just a short month, we’ve already started building some incredible memories with him... and yesterday, it all came together: MJ’s 4th birthday! 🎉 We kicked things off with a few rounds of bowling at his favorite alley (the kid’s a pretty good bowler... but let’s be honest, it’s really the arcade that wins him over 😎🎳). Then we headed back for a Paw Patrol-themed PAWsome Birthday at his house! 🐾🎂 This is the vibe we’re chasing—life moments that make all the effort worth it. ❤️ What’s one payoff you’ve recently experienced that made all the hustle feel totally worth it? 👇Drop it below

Awesome to have this time for each other. My oldest grandson graduated two years ago, went to college for one year and now he has just joined the Army... I am a bit mixed up about how I feel about this... 😥
In Case You Were Wondering...
This is what our LA Mastermind looks like. Just dropping in to share a few pics and clips from our March 1st LA IRL Mastermind. Great food 🍽️ Great conversations 🧠 Fantastic people 🙌 We spent the afternoon talking about Skool, building business, and life — the wins, the challenges, and the ideas that only seem to happen when the right people get in the same room together. Fun fact: Not everyone here is even from LA. People came in from San Diego, Orange County, Las Vegas, and Arizona just to hang out, talk business, and build real relationships. That’s the kind of room this is. 🔥 @Ellie Shoja and @Brennan Thompson are your hosts, and we’d love to have you join us next time. April meetup details coming soon… 👇 Drop a "LA" in the comments if you want the details when we announce it. Maybe we should come up with a special door prize for the person who travels the furthest to come join us!! Would love to have a few international guests 🌍

🪄 Quick Thought Experiment…
Tonight I wave a magic wand. Tomorrow morning you wake up and the single biggest problem holding back your community or business is completely solved. Gone. Fixed. Handled. What did we fix? Take a second and really think about it. Because here’s the truth most people don’t want to admit... A lot of people aren’t stuck because they can’t solve the problem. They’re stuck because they haven’t clearly identified what the real problem is. So they default to the most common strategy in business and community building: “I hope this works.” Post something... Try something... Launch something... Change something... ...and hope it magically fixes everything. ⚠️ Spoiler alert: The “I hope I can” strategy almost never works. Not because you aren’t capable. But because hope isn’t a strategy. Clarity is. Now here’s the interesting part... Clarity itself doesn’t solve the problem. What clarity does is expose the real struggle. Once you can clearly say: "THIS is the thing that’s broken." Now you can: 🔸Create a real solution 🔹Focus your energy 🔸Test the right ideas 🔹Execute with intention Clarity doesn’t solve the problem. 👉 Clarity makes the problem solvable. So let’s test something with the Crew. If you could fix ONE thing in your business or community tomorrow… what would it be? 📊 Poll: What’s the biggest challenge right now? 👇 Drop a comment if your real answer isn’t on the list. Sometimes just saying the problem out loud is the first step toward solving it.

Or at the very least, let someone live vicariously through you!! 😂

The AI Content Debate...
(Note): Normally, I wouldn't post the same message in multiple communities, but today, I am breaking my own rule. Two reasons: 1) I believe this matters; and 2) I was inspired by something that my friend @Bear Gonzales said in another community about an accusation that one of his recent stories was written by AI. I personally, enjoy reading Bear's stories and shared wisdom whenever he posts them here in The HuRU Crew, in RECREATE or in some of the other communities that we are both in, and whether or not he uses ai to assist his thought process or writing... doesn't matter to me in the least (just my opinion). I love his messages. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ For the past year (or longer), there’s been a lot of debate online about AI vs. human writing. People argue about whether they can detect it. They analyze sentence patterns. They try to prove something was written by AI. But I think we might be asking the wrong question. The real question isn’t “Was this written by AI?” The real question is “What is the writer trying to communicate?” Here’s something worth remembering. As a person deeply engaged in persuasive writing, speaking and storytelling, for decades — this much I can say with confidence: Persuasive writing didn’t start with AI. The patterns seen so often now, that cause many people to scream "THAT'S AI" were created by humans and used to teach the Large Language Models used by AI platforms. Public speakers, advertisers, leaders, and storytellers have been refining language for centuries. The speeches we admire weren’t always written alone in a quiet room. Many were shaped by editors, collaborators, and speechwriters. Even iconic leaders like Martin Luther King Jr., Ronald Regan and Barack Obama, worked with teams to polish their words. Did that make their messages less authentic? Of course not. Because authenticity doesn’t live in the typing process.

AI is not going away so if anyone has a problem with it, they are n for a let big down... I create my own content and ask AI to polish it up, if I don't like the way it sounds I change it .. no big deal...
