Spring Forward?... Nah, I Don't Think So
As a brand new Arizona resident, this is the first time in my life... I did absolutely nothing for Daylight Saving Time. 😎 No changing clocks. No waking up confused. No wondering why my microwave and car disagree about what time it is. Apparently the entire state of Arizona looked at the whole “let’s all pretend time moved an hour” idea and collectively said: “Yeah… we’re good.” Meanwhile the rest of the country is wandering around the morning like: “Why am I tired?” “Why is it dark?” “Why is my dog mad at me?” 🐕 Arizona just sitting over here like: ☀️ Same sun 🕒 Same time 😌 Same vibes Proof that time really is a construct… and some places simply opted out. Anyone else tired of the Daylight Saving shuffle? Or are you a “keep it forever” person? Drop your vote below 👇Keep it… or cancel it?

Yes just leave it alone
We learned a tough lesson during our move…
It really matters who you put on your team. We hired a loading crew with great reviews. The owner even said he’d be there supervising the load. Everything sounded right. But once they started, we realized something wasn’t working. They ignored the plan we walked through and never communicated with each other. One declared he was playing a terrific game of Tetris. When they said the truck was “full,” we still had an entire room of belongings left in the house. They left proud of the job they’d done. We spent the evening reloading the truck ourselves in the dark. We managed to get most of the leftovers on board, but not enough. In the end, we had to rent another truck and make a second trip between Los Angeles and Arizona. When the unloading crew in Arizona opened the truck, it was obvious why — heavy containers stacked on top, light items crushed underneath, furniture scratched from being shoved in randomly. But it reminded us of something important: the people you choose at the beginning matter. The right team makes everything smoother. The wrong team creates problems everyone else has to work twice as hard to fix. A lesson we won’t forget anytime soon.

I hate you guys experienced that horrible experience @Shannon Koss
Serious question for entrepreneurs today… 😅
If your business had a “delegation button” you could press right now… What task would disappear from your life instantly? Be honest 👀 A) Inbox management B) Calendar scheduling C) Social media posting D) Lead follow-ups E) Admin tasks / data entry F) Something else entirely Because let’s be real… Most founders don’t burn out from hard work. They burn out from doing too many small things that shouldn’t be on their plate anymore. Delegation isn’t about being lazy. It’s about protecting your energy for the work that actually grows the business. So let’s play 👇 If you could delegate ONE task today… what would it be? 😄

Life is like a Rubicks Cube
Life Is Like a Rubik’s Cube By Bear Warrior Gonzales My life has been much like a Rubik’s Cube. At first, everything was mixed up twisted, cracked, and confusing. I struggled to find the right moves to make sense of it all. In the beginning, my life was full of chaos. I was deeply involved in gangs and lived for the fight. If I wasn’t fighting, I didn’t feel alive. The truth is, I was in so much mental emotional and spiritual pain that I needed others to feel pain too. I spent much of my youth in juvenile halls, camps, and prisons. Many of my family members reading this know exactly what I’m talking about. Back then, my life was fueled by anger, hatred, rage, and violence. I lived with a death wish. I was the kind of person who would take a knife to a gunfight just for the thrill of it.But somewhere along the way, people came into my life who made a difference, those who offered uplifting words, encouragement, or even honest criticism spoken with care and respect. They didn’t put me down; they helped me look up.Like solving that Rubik’s Cube, my life took time, patience, and effort to piece together. Slowly, the twisted colors began to align. The day came when the cube of my life finally made sense. The chaos became clarity, the pain became purpose, and I finally felt healed. When I look around, I see many people still struggling with their own “cubes” their lives twisted, mixed up, and ready to be thrown away in frustration. But I want to remind everyone: don’t give up. If you move just one grain of sand, the world will never be the same. Small actions create ripples that change lives. So I challenge each of you reading this: make a difference in one person’s life. Then, challenge them to do the same for someone else. Together, we can create a chain of healing, kindness, and transformation one life, one cube, one move at a time. Message of the Story: This story is about transformation, redemption, and the power of compassion. It reminds us that even the most broken, complicated life can be made whole again with patience, guidance, and love. Like a Rubik’s Cube, life may twist us in every direction, but with perseverance and the influence of those who care we can find alignment, purpose, and peace.Would you like me to rework this version into a shorter motivational piece, such as for a social media post or speech excerpt?

A win win Saturday morning, I had two clients sign up for my credit repair services before I even got out of bed. I love What I do so it’s not work for me. But be consistent in your strategies that you use because people are watching and choosing their moments to respond.
