My typical routine has been to walk 2 miles 3 days a week, however, I had stopped doing that around Thanksgiving and getting back in shape to do even that has been a bit tricky.
I did do 2 days last week and 1 day so far this week, so hopefully I can get back up to 3 days and then start adding on from there!
