I’m definitely the oldie here. I’m 55, a nurse, and just wants to be fit and healthy, love Hollys workouts because they are sustainable. Food is my gremlin l suppose. I work 10 hour shifts so come home exhausted so need exercise that doesn’t kill me. I need to sustain my exercise for both physical health as well as mental health. Strength is power they say.
@Petra Hus wow what a life you lead, absolute admiration from me to be motivated to exercise in freezing conditions, let alone recovering from a broken leg that had you bed bound. But as you say exercise is good for so many reasons, and hopefully this is going to make a wonderful difference in your life.
Just wondering Holly Dolke if there was a way that you could put something on your page that i could log my workouts (only the number). I think it would be motivating seeing the number go up.
