For the longest time I lived a life full of stress. I was stressed at school with exams, people gossiping about me, and generic overthinking about the future: "Oh how am I gonna make money? How am I gonna get a job?" All this but I only realised too late how silly that was. Let me explain: whenever you live a life less stressed, whenever you can live a more slow life and a more peaceful life, you feel like you don't have to watch YouTube videos to learn educational things. Whenever you're cooking a meal for example, you just cut out those small things and maybe add in one mindful bite to the meals you eat instead of just eating them only when you have a YouTube video by Alex Hormozi or something lol. This can really help you with living a more regulated life, a happier life, and it's very healing and soothing for your nervous system. Just thought I'd put it out there in this simple post. "Live a more slow life" sounds kinda wishy-washy, right? But if you just take the time to really sit around more, drink a cup of tea, reflect, and journal on life, you will have a much happier life and you will have a less stressful life. Hope this helps. This is something I learned.
