People Used to Make Fun of my Trauma
One of the biggest trauma’s I ever experienced was when I was 13 years old I was out one summer day with friends, and anyways I climbed out to this dodgy roof that had some glass that was unbroken, the skylights and I scale across the roof, get to this metal beam sit down, and I have perfect position to kick the skylights, and I kick it and my leg goes down into it and got caught. I pulled it out and got a serious injury, literally 88 stitches. And two of my “friends” at the time made fun of it. One time a “friend” said to me on a Discord call while we were playing some video game and I killed him or something he said “Next time I see you I am going to rip the stitches out of your leg.” Another time one other “friend” mocked the way I was screaming after my injury happend, as I was screaming in a very hysterical way. And it just made me feel horrible and at the time I thought it was just “banter” as these guys would say after. “Oh I am only taking the piss lad.” “Can you not take a joke, naw?” Nonsense and I wish I could tell younger me to cut those d*ckheads off ASAP and be alone rather than be with those crabs.
Somewhere out there.
Somewhere out there, someone is listening to birds instead of breaking news-and the world feels a little more hopeful there. 💙🐦
The world feels hopeful when you stop chasing chaos.
Finally, a sunny day
I'm enjoying my morning walks. I started doing them when the weather was gray and gloomy. But now I've been awarded with sunny weather. I will say, I enjoy the quiet when I go in these walks. So far I can only do about .5 miles but one day I'll do more. I'm trying to become more brave. One thing that stopped me from doing these were the fear of getting harassed by bugs. I did have an encounter today. Either a wasp or a dragon fly, I got in it's path and it was a little annoyed with me. I didn't swat it, instead I just moved out the way and it left me alone. I hope I learn nature in more ways like this. How is everyone else's mornings? I'm also trying to get into evening walks but I'm not pushing it since the weather is sometimey where I live.
Finally, a sunny day
Proud of you for not swatting. That's growth right there. Nature respects respect. 🌞
Learn to live not just surviving.
New to this community have no idea much about this would be greatfull if someone explains, so Basically im a 19 year girl want to heal my self, struggling with living it feels like im just surviving, however aaron has been a guy who actually encourage a girl belongs from a small part of the world in a tough controlling society, a non speaking english society, where you literally have cut all the contact's with your loved one's in order to be successful in life, however even after achieving things the guilt inside don't let us live, we're surviving not living, I hope everyone like me who's going through all that in such a young age find their purpose recive all the great stuff and live their best you are not alone guys ....

Human Sentinel: The Signal You Ignore
A subtle shift in the air. A lie hidden behind a smile. Tension in someone else’s eyes. You feel something is wrong before anyone else does. The group is drifting. The team is cracking. The family is quietly breaking. You say it out loud… and they look at you like you’re the problem. They call you too sensitive. Too intense. Overreacting. Difficult. So you start doubting yourself. You become silent. And when everything collapses? Everyone is surprised. The truth is… We have always relied on the most sensitive animals and plant species to warn us of dangers. Canaries in coal mines — the first to show distress when carbon monoxide rises. They collapse first because they feel everything first. Their tiny bodies buy time for everyone else. Roses planted at the edge of vineyards — they show disease long before the vines do. They become the early alarm that saves the entire harvest. Mussels and clams — at the slightest trace of toxin, they snap shut. That single reflex triggers the warnings we trust. The most sensitive are never the weakest. They are the sentinels. In nature, we listen to them. In human systems, we silence them. We never tell the canary it needs to “breathe better.” We don’t send the mussel to therapy for closing its shell. We don’t shame the rose and tell her to “get over” her mildew. Sensitive people do not need to be fixed. They need to be heard. Because when you shame the sentinel into silence, the poison spreads unchecked. And by the time everyone else finally feels it… it’s already too late. We need to start listening to our human sentinels. Before the air becomes unbreathable for all of us.
Human Sentinel: The Signal You Ignore
The sentinel is a gift, not a flaw. Wish more people understood this. 🖤
