we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

It’s a full cast. - The critic: “That’s not good enough.” - The overthinker: “What if everything goes wrong?” - The perfectionist: “Let’s wait until it’s flawless.” - The dreamer: “But what if it actually works…” - And so many others... 💥Somehow… the loudest one gets the mic. Usually? The critic. Because it thinks fear equals safety. So now you’re not stuck because you don’t know what to do… You’re stuck because too many voices are trying to drive 😄 The mind tries to silence the chaos. The soul does something smarter: It directs it. - The critic becomes an editor, not a bully. - The overthinker becomes a planner, not a spiral machine. - The perfectionist learns deadlines exist. - The dreamer finally gets screen time. And you? You stop reacting… and start choosing.💫 The goal was never to have one voice. It was to know who’s in charge. You’re not the noise. You’re the director 🎬 🛠️ HOW TO RUN YOUR INNER CAST (WITHOUT LOSING YOUR MIND 😄) - Name the voice (“Ah yes, Drama Manager has entered the chat”) - Don’t argue… assign roles (critic = editor, not CEO) - Lower the volume, not the existence (they can stay… just not scream) - Ask: who’s driving right now? (and do you trust them??) - Bring the director back (aka you 💪, in case you forgot)

Simple Full Guide to Not Burning Out on Your Biz
Let me tell you a story, a couple years ago when I was 16, I had a business were I would sell stuff on eBay, and surprisingly after a couple of weeks of listing things I sold all the stuff for like $2000, which is a lot for a 16 year old in school. Although this was a goal of mine for so long, I did not feel happy even despite success. Why was this? 1. It was not fully online, I always wanted to have an online business, and while this was progress, I did not like this, as I wanted to be location and time independent. 2. It was not going to be consistent, I legit just sold tons of stuff around my house that was never used, but the thing was I sold all of it and there was nothing more, so… 3. I chased money not purpose, I got burnt out as I never would have done it other than the fact it made some money, this was due to my unhealed trauma motivating me to seek out these things like money just to hopefully get validation from those who give me trauma. 4. I did not believe in time off, at this time I was very much caught up in: “David Goggin’s, Andrew Tate” mode, and as a result of that I felt burnout. Those are the big 4 reasons, and yeah now that you know my story, let’s explain how we can actually help you avoid burnout with your business, and so you do not achieve success, yet still do not feel happy, as that is horrible. 1. Chase purpose, not money, being needy for money will not only get you none! It was also make you fickle, switch your mind too much, as you will just trend hop, get shiny object syndrome, go for the money, the money, chase customer results, purpose and money will come as a result of that. 2. Take breaks, some David Goggin’s motivation/discipline can be great, but do not get too caught up in living your life always in discipline, it is not sustainable, taking breaks is fine, and it is productive, as you take the rest, so you can come back and work harder, its kind of like sleep, but yeah seriously if you worked hard for a period, then you want to take time off and do whatever is fun for you, you can do that guilt free. 3. Heal trauma, this is similar to my point of chasing purpose and not money, you see whenever you have unhealed trauma, this is when you will be needy for validation, all those things, and one way many, many people chase external validation, is they are fuelled fully by their unhealed trauma, that is there motive for making money, and as a result they will chase money not purpose, this is not good, heal your trauma! 4. Prioritise mental health, healing trauma is one way you do this, but I also want to say even in your hard business grind modes, always keep your mental health sane, do meditation, gratitude journaling, get sunlight, exercise, and no these are not time wasting habits, they will make you think clearer, make better decisions, make you a better version of you, this will help with burnout and even your business results!
Simple Full Guide to Mind “Hack’s” in Trauma Healing
Let me tell you a story, when I was younger, I used to have a mind that was against me, and ultimately one that would go against my healing journey. For example I remember one day I was on the school bus, coming home after two of my “friends” had give me horrible news saying that another one of my “friends,” put an cringe picture of me as his profile on TikTok. And as I came off the bus and was walking down the lane to my home, my mind was against me, it was constantly repeating what that guy done to me in my head, it made me feel really bad. My mindset was truly against me. And that is why I want to make this simple full guide to mindset in your healing journey, it matters more than you think, so without further ado, let’s get in. Part 1: Why it Matters Mindset is vital in your healing journey as without it, you will still for example constantly replay the incidents in your mind. You will have a negative attitude towards the incidents too. And all and all, not having a good, wholesome, positive mindset will diminish your results a lot in your journey of becoming happier. Part 2: The Benefits Having a good positive mindset is a wonderful thing for healing, your mental health journey and honestly for all areas of your life. It will make you feel more positive when you think / meditate back on old trauma’s. It will make your nervous system feel more regulated, you will generally be happier which in turn will boost all areas of your life. In summary, it will just give you a huge array of awesome benefits. Part 3: Mind “Hack’s” Now time to get into the real “sauce.” 1. Reframing The Story One mind trick that can really help is reframing the story of your trauma, and actually understanding why the people who done this to you, actually did it. Like for example if you had a trauma with family, you could be like: “Oh yeah but it was there way of showing affection.” And like wise for other incidents. This can help us understand the motive of why people done this to us, which will as a result make us happier!
