How do you take care of your Human?
Not your car. Not your phone. Not your social mask with the carefully arranged smiles and “I’m fine” wallpaper. Your Human. The one you arrived with. Because when we come to Earth, nobody hands us an instruction manual, a cosmic warranty card, or a replacement body hidden in the glove compartment of the universe. 🌍 We are simply given a Human. A breathing creature made of bones, emotions, memories, dreams, weird noises while sleeping, and a heart that keeps beating even after being ignored for years. And at first, we love it naturally. Children don’t stare at their reflection wondering if they’re acceptable enough for existence. They just exist. Fully. But then something happens. We grow up. And slowly, many people begin treating their Human like an employee they secretly resent. We criticize it. Compare it. Starve it. Overwork it. Hide it. Push it beyond exhaustion. Call it ugly while asking it to carry us through another day. We show kindness to strangers while speaking cruelty into our own mirror. We search everywhere for love and happiness... except in the one place where they are supposed to live first. 💥Inside the Human. Imagine owning a dog and speaking to it the way some people speak to themselves. The poor creature would file spiritual complaints with the universe by Wednesday. 🐕 Your Human is listening to every word. Every sigh. Every “not good enough.” Every moment you abandon it to earn approval from people who are also struggling to love themselves. Maybe taking care of your Human is not about perfection. Maybe it’s: feeding it gently, letting it rest, moving it with gratitude, speaking to it with tenderness, allowing it joy without guilt, and finally realizing... Your body was never the prison. It was the instrument. 🎻 This video is worth 1.5 minutes of your life. Not because it teaches you something new. But because it may remind you of something your Human has been trying to whisper for years.
