Hello everyone! I am a newbie trainer who is in earlier stages of finding virtual training clients. I "warm outreached" some of my friends (maybe hot outreach at this point since they are good friends of mine for years).
They were interested at the beginning, but didn't like the idea of working out with the camera on and me watching to instruct them.
I think they were okay with me just giving a generic fitness program in text and adjust their diet, however as soon as they hear about how we are going to train, they instantly lost interest then and there.
Other guys I've asked also stated that they are not comfortable with camera and video stuff. It seems to me that there is something off-setting about training in front of a camera.
What's the reason behind this, and any advice on how to convince them?
