I just was in this generous offered call with @Artin Asghari The problem I faced until yesterday was the fact, that we did not sell the Workshop-that-doesn't-matter a lot (1 paying client, 2 as a bonus), either the offers before (power post). We discussed the message in my aboutpage, and the congruence from the ads- aboutpage- events in the community. He gave me a few tips to optimize the aboutpage again, and where to put the focus now. And he recommended to address my soul client more specifically, everytime in the ads: The multiple 6fig, spiritual interested entrepreneur. And: Not to give up too early with ads...๐Ÿ™ˆ ๐ŸŽ‰My gem: My About-Page is literally the heart and everything should be aligned with it, a 100%! OK so here's the thing. I was broke as hell studying with Bob Proctor. Reading The Secret. Doing all the manifestation stuff. Vision boards, meditation, journaling ...the whole deal. And I've never been MORE broke lol. Here's why: The โ€œmanifestation babesโ€ tend to leave out the most important part of the process. And the Bible actually spells out how this actually works pretty clearly. "Where there is no vision, the people perish" - Proverbs 29:18 So yeah ...vision is important. But having a vision is just enough to NOT DIE. That's it. If you want to actually MANIFEST the vision (or whatever you want to call it) ... Check out Matthew 7:7-8: "ASK and it will be given you, SEEK and you will find, KNOCK and the door will be opened to you" See what's happening here? ASK = action SEEK = action KNOCK = action Action is the ONLY thing that produces results. More specificallyโ€ฆ Co-Creative Action with your maker. Now to be fairโ€ฆ the reason I was so broke working with Bob Proctor was because I totally misunderstood his teachings. And it wasnโ€™t until much later did I actually get what he was saying and how to apply these principles in a practical way. So hereโ€™s how Iโ€™ve come to understand them now. Your paradigm (the way you see yourself and the world) shapes your thoughts. Your thoughts create feelings. Feelings get expressed through the body as actions. Actions produce results. So if you want different results ... You gotta change the paradigm first. Not just make a vision board and hope stuff happens lol. So here's what actually works: 1. Create the vision (yeah, do this part) 2. Align your identity with that vision (this is the paradigm shift Bob talked about) 3. Map out the specific actions that version of you would take 4. Take massive ACTION until you BECOME that person No fighting yourself. No willpower battles every January. This is the real work. Becoming the 10.0 version of you and sharing that version of you with the world โ€ฆ

Are you selling information or are you actually serving people?
Because here's the deal... These are two COMPLETELY different business models. Different systems. Different goals. Different teams. Different ads. Hell, they even have different growth rates, different challenges, and different benefits. Information is WAY more scalable... But it's also WAY harder to sell. Service isn't as scalable... But it's WAY easier to sell. Now look - your services CAN have an information component. But if you're a coach? Don't forget your actual JOB is to serve people. Don't worry about scaling... Focus on serving. Get so damn good at your craft that you attract the BEST clients. Get so good you can charge premium prices. Get so good you literally CHANGE LIVES. Here's what's gonna happen: Coaches who have a SYSTEM... A METHOD... A MECHANISM for helping their clients win... Those coaches are gonna THRIVE in the AI world. Why? Because they can use AI to help implement their unique system... And their clients can actually get DELIVERABLES. But coaches who are just selling promises and information? Who can't deliver actual RESULTS? They're getting wiped out by AI. Fast. So here's what I want you to remember: Your role is to serve. To inspire. To create. To connect. To COACH. Not to be some influencer or info peddler. That's it.

So last month... I spent $9K on ads. With the intention of selling a $100 a month thing and being profitable in 30 days. "You can't be profitable that fast with low-ticket!" Is what people i told said.... AND... is honestly what I thought. errrrrrmmmm. Yeah. Except we made $12K back in 30 days. And then 5 days into December we'd already DOUBLED November's revenue. So like ...oops? I made a video breaking down the whole thing because honestly ... This seems kinda crazy. One Meta campaign. No targeting. No funnels. Just ads โ†’ Skool community โ†’ people upgrade. 1,500 new leads in 30 days. 17% conversion rate on about page 65 upgrades 3 annual payments 1 VIP Upgrade Naturally, I'm still kind of shocked it worked this well lol. Soul Aligned Offer.....
I just finished the Soul Aligned Offer module in the classroom. At the same time, I was also thinking about content for my own brand and social media to attract my avatar. One of the things that popped up, specifically in the fitness industry, is that we're always told we have to fix this, and this, and this, and this. We have to change and modify 45 different things to do it right. The same goes for building an online business. You have to have the marketing, the offer, the avatar, the workflow, the automations, and all the different pieces and parts to put together to sell it. However, when you try to do everything all at once, you get frustrated, burned out, overwhelmed, exhausted, and you quit. This applies to fitness, business, and life. One of the pieces of content I was literally writing while listening to Dan's words verbatim was, "Stop fixing everything. Fix one thing, and then let momentum work." So, I'm just sitting with that as I've been trying to handle everything all at one time for my community and my business.
