The Breath - an overlooked and underutilised tool!
Hey all!
I just wanted to jump in here and say hello, I'm excited to be part of a community of those driven to have more positive impact on a greater scale!
I only recently came across 's work and instantly resonated so really looking forward to diving in!
I'm a physio turned breath enthusiast and have found no tool that comes close to restoring and optimising breathing when looking at stress, anxiety, energy and mood regulation.
To those that have been active in the community here a while... any tips for getting the most out of it?
Secondarily Dan, or admin, I just wanted clarification on the 14 day challenge. I see it's locked, but can't see if it unlocks at a certain level? I understand the points system so will focus on engagement and providing value, but is that where we unlock the 14 day challenge?
Or is it something that starts as a cohort?
