I woke up Thursday morning and grabbed my phone. (Like a normal, healthy, well-adjusted human.) Opened Skool. And there were three conversations that happened overnight. A new member had questions about my program. The AI agent answered them. Handled the objections. Gave them the right info at the right time. Directly inside my skool chat and By the time I saw it... the lead had already said "how do I sign up?" I didn't write a word. I was asleep. ... Look. I've been doing this for a while. I've built funnels. Hired setters. Done the phone marathon thing. Tried every version of "how do I sell without selling my soul or my weekends." And I'll be straight with you... I'm going to be honest about something kind of embarrassing. For a long time... my DMs were a disaster. Not like... "oh they were a little messy." More like... "I have no idea who I'm supposed to follow up with, I somehow just lost three conversations, and I'm pretty sure there's money sitting in my inbox that I'll never find." That kind of disaster. And the worst part? I didn't even realize how bad it was. Because I was busy. Coaching. Creating content. Running ads. Doing all the "right" things.
