Hey everyone, I’d thought I’d share a good breakfast routine what have what fuels me for the day. It’s a simple 4 eggs, bit of bacon, and slow cooked meat 100grams minimum.. with the occasional sourdough slice. ( sounds a lot of work but it’s not) Work out how much meat you need for a week.. throw it in a slow cooker Sunday morning and 24hours later it’s ready. You could season it but it’s perfectly fine just putting it in without anything. Same deal with bone broth, beef and chicken broth.. “Slow cookers can also be a man’s best friend.”
