Hey everyone, I’d thought I’d share a good breakfast routine what have what fuels me for the day. It’s a simple 4 eggs, bit of bacon, and slow cooked meat 100grams minimum.. with the occasional sourdough slice. ( sounds a lot of work but it’s not) Work out how much meat you need for a week.. throw it in a slow cooker Sunday morning and 24hours later it’s ready. You could season it but it’s perfectly fine just putting it in without anything. Same deal with bone broth, beef and chicken broth.. “Slow cookers can also be a man’s best friend.”

so stoked we live in a place where we get to workout on the beach together. im working past the mental limitations i have in my mind of all the excuses i tend to make about getting up and working out. 1. injuries: "I can modify without judgement" 2. being cold: "yea but its not THAT cold" 3. waking up early: "just go to bed earlier, ya dingus"
