How do you structure your Loom outreach for prospecting?
Here's my current process, wondering how others approach this.
Approach: I build a daily list of businesses with clear gaps (outdated website, no online booking, no chat/AI, poor communication-related reviews, or weak conversion despite active social media).
Loom (3–5 min): Brief intro on the opportunities I noticed, screen-share walkthrough of the gaps, and a preview of an approach to fix them — including an offer to build them a free website.
If positive response: I explain relevant tools (e.g., missed-call text-back) and how the automation applies to their business.
If positive again: I book a 15-minute call.
Wondering if you all structure your outreach the same way, and how you handle it — talking-head vs. voiceover-only, and what video length has worked best for you?
