GHL Voice AI
Anyone know how to make the AI sound less.. AI? I’ve been messing with damn near every setting and it’s obviously not a real person. Has anyone seen success with this via paid ads, website leads, and the like?

@Vedant Heda i honestly dont know whats running under it. I’ll try out adding ums, ahh, yeahs and uh huhs. and look into whats running under it. Im pretty new to this part of AI in GHL

Automated Subaccount Creation Dead?
I know that via Zapier its basically impossible unless you have the now depreciated GHL API Key (not a private integration - very limited scopes and they fry with one use on high risk scopes) and I’m not even sure that works either. I know some people have figured out some mesh of Make and N8N to make it work. Just curious if we all have to go back to manual creation.

Notion Task Management
Does anyone else use Notion for task management instead of GHL’s native tasks?

@David Pre Notion is truth for tasks. GHL is truth for pipeline stages. Luckily the tasks are often more client focused. The main trip up is I had to build the schema Clients > Projects > Tasks. With my client’s email as the way to tie everything together. So basically X event happens in GHL > Fires Webhook to Make > Make updates the Notion. I tried to keep it in GHL but Im unable to navigate the Schemas of my project database.

GHL Appointment Booking AI
Has anyone used the GHL Appointment Booking AI? Been building some cool systems in GHL and noticed this new AI. Tested it a bit and found there is potential with a solid prompt. Just wanted to ask around and see.

@Joshua GHL Boost that’s basically what I’ve been doing using tags and opportunities to move them through the pipeline visually and the bot handles everything else. the infrastructure is absolutely nutty. im gonna make me some good money with this
