Sales office building Database Reactivation Workflow
Good morning all, I guess I'm the newest new guy. I'm new to GHL, struggling with automation a bit. I own a regional sales office, selling Payments & Point of Sale Solutions to retail, restaurant, mobile & online merchants nationwide. Database Reactivation is my primary focus at the moment. I'm a two-way street guy, happy to learn and also happy to help someone if I can. —Dennis

@Dennis Jones Welcome Dennis. Database reactivation is a great focus area and can produce strong results when the workflows are set up correctly. GHL can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but it becomes much easier once you get familiar with the automation logic. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to exchange ideas or discuss database reactivation strategies
List Enrichment for Residential Roofing
So I have a dude on fiverr getting about 5,000 residential roofing leads via GMB. I'm thinking of using clay in order to enrich the list to find: - First/Last names - Linkedin profiles (if applicable) - Signals for old estimates, old leads, missed call opportunities, and ads. - Routing for different pain point angles within my cold email campaign. I think with this and the copy that I've made I could have a solid starting campaign. Would anyone be open to taking look and giving some pointers?

@John Richter Sounds like a solid approach. Segmenting leads by intent and pain points before outreach can make a big difference in campaign performance. Interested to see the feedback you get from others who have run similar campaigns
Good voice AI for inbound booking
Does anyone know a solid voice Ai that can handle inbound appointment booking? and if you have a phone meeting booked that it could trigger a phone call with the AI and the invitee and the AI could run a qualifying call and book an appointment? would love some feedback

@John Richter Interesting use case. There are several voice AI platforms that can handle inbound appointment booking and qualification workflows. The key is usually the integration with your calendar, CRM and follow up systems to create a smooth experience. Curious to hear what solutions others are using successfully in production

@John Richter Thanks for sharing, John. Retell AI looks like a solid option for inbound booking, qualification and outbound workflows. The integration possibilities are definitely interesting, especially when combined with CRM and scheduling systems
MCTB Australia
Hi all, Curious if anyone here has had success in MCTB setup in Australia. It seems a lot more complicated than in the States. Also is there an easier way to setup call forwarding if the client has an existing number?

@Josh Browne MCTB setups can definitely be a bit more complex in Australia compared to other markets, especially when dealing with existing numbers and forwarding requirements. Interested to see what solutions others have found effective
NEED A SUPPORT!
Don’t scroll past this—just give me 60 seconds 🙏 Hey everyone,I’ve been learning GoHighLevel for the past 2–3 months and have gone through 1000+ videos and multiple courses. Now I feel it’s the right time to actually apply what I’ve learned. I’m looking for someone who can give me access to a GHL sub-account so I can get hands-on experience and work on real setups. If anyone is open to helping, I’d truly appreciate it. In return, I’ll make sure to give back to the community by sharing what I learn and contributing wherever I can. Thanks in advance 🙌

@Rohan Bora Hey Rohan, great initiative. Instead of just access, I’d recommend offering to help someone for free or low cost in exchange for hands-on experience. Many agency owners are open to that if you can assist with setups, funnels or automations. If you are open, I can guide you on how to position yourself and get your first real GHL project quickly.
