How do I create and fully set up a sub-account in GHL — and make it so the client can't mess anything up?

Hey everyone! 👋I'm trying to figure out the best way to:

Create a sub-account in GoHighLevel,
Fully set it up with automations, pipelines, calendars, triggers, etc.,
And make sure the client can’t accidentally change or break anything inside the account.

Is there a way to lock down permissions or give them limited access — just to the parts they need (like conversations and maybe the calendar)?

Would really appreciate any best practices, step-by-step advice, or even a short SOP if someone already has one! 🙏
