Hey everyone 👋 I’m trying to connect FareHarbor with GoHighLevel through n8n, so when someone makes a booking, it automatically creates an appointment inside GHL. Everything is set up correctly — the data comes through from FareHarbor, and all fields map properly. But when I run a test booking, GHL returns this error: “The slot you have selected is no longer available.” Even though I’m sure that the time slot is free. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to fix it?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice on automating a workflow after a customer completes a booking and payment through FareHarbor. Specifically, once a payment is made on our website via FareHarbor, I want to automatically send the following booking details to GoHighLevel (GHL) using n8n: - Booking Time: The exact time the booking was made for. - Customer Name: The name of the person who booked. - Customer Phone Number: Their contact phone number. - Customer Email: Their email address. Has anyone successfully set up a similar automation? What's the best approach to extract this specific data from FareHarbor and push it into GHL using n8n? Hey everyone! 👋I'm trying to figure out the best way to: 1. Create a sub-account in GoHighLevel, 2. Fully set it up with automations, pipelines, calendars, triggers, etc., 3. And make sure the client can’t accidentally change or break anything inside the account. Is there a way to lock down permissions or give them limited access — just to the parts they need (like conversations and maybe the calendar)? Would really appreciate any best practices, step-by-step advice, or even a short SOP if someone already has one! 🙏 Thanks in advance!
