Experience with integration of GHL and Medical EMR Systems?
I have a specific use case I'm curious to see if anyone has tackled this area.
I am in the medical field, and in the clinic world, we expeience an issue that our lead funnel systems and our medical records system are completely disparate. EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems seem very inflexible and not yet matured in their marketing automation flows, so I have had to build other tools (i currently use Acuity scheduling and a whole lot of zapier bolt on integrations) to put together a quasi-crm solution and manage new patient self-service booking. We manually cross-post key appointments (those that reserve our doctor(s) time between Acuity and our EMR system so that clients cannot self-service book over anohter client's reserved time. This works OK but isn't terribly scalable. The gotcha part is that we also have a LOT of appointments (50+ a day) (blood draws, medication pick-ups, injections, etc) which do not require doctor time and only live in the EMR. This means that all communications and workflows associated only live in the EMR system which has crappy mar-coms tools.
I have found some integration points betwee the we use (DrChrono) EMR and GoHighlevel through apps, but they seem to be a rather heavy lift to get working properly. We don't love DrCrhono so wondering if there's a more tightly coupled EMR system option out there that can work with GHL better?
