I have an idea about moving forward with DBR as I need cash infusion to cover costs and grow.
Here is the plan: Charge a one time fee for DBR (depending on their business) AND include a 30 day free trial for my $499 plan for SAAS which will be their sub account. Have Extendly do onboarding with them so they know which way is up. By day 30, they should be well on board but they have an option to not sign up for monthly, and continue DBR each month based on results.
Does this make sense? Working on first client now.
