Hi all Just learning the ropes and looking to set up my first Database Reactivation campaign (amongst a million other things.....๐) Got a couple of questions if anyone can kindly help out. 1. In a reactivation campaign โ after the initial โofferโ SMS is sent, and the prospect hasnโt replied - do you send them anymore nudges? One of the snapshots I'm using only has the 1 SMS - see attachment. I would've assumed there'd be a certain timeout to enable a 'reminder' SMS to be sent if no reply? 2. How far back in time do you include โold clientsโ and โold leadsโ (12/18/24 months?). 3. If their database contains a combo of 'old clients' and 'old leads', I'd assume the script would be slightly different - (Hi (name), we've missed you...etc for an old client). What's the best way to set this up - 2 workflows? Can they be separated easily with tags? OR just send the same script which suits both types of prospect? Determined to get this set up as quickly and effectively as possible, but there's a lot of conflicting info depending on which course or YT video you're watching, and I think it depends on which day of the week you ask ChatGPT ๐ Thanks!
