Hey guys.
I need a hand with SMS phone number approval. I set up a number on a test clients account however only phone calls are functioning.
Based in Australia, - can't perform the A2P 10DLC or the Business Profile completion since there is no "Company Number" (- via ASIC), only an "Australian Business Number" -ABN.
How to more forward?
I haven't found much online and when I spoke to Support Team they weren't able to help me for this occasion and created a ticket for another technical team to reach out within 24-48hrs however that was a few days ago now.
Would appreciate anything regarding this!
