A callback should explain what the person asked for
Glen here. I’m learning sales and practical AI after more than 20 years in contracting. For a practice lead-nurturing workflow, I’m thinking about the wording of the human callback.
“You filled out a form” tells someone where their details came from. “You asked about scheduling an estimate” reminds them what they actually wanted. I’d want the conversation to start with that useful context.
How do you keep that original request visible for the person making the call? Is a short summary enough, or do you also keep the customer’s exact wording beside it?
