Hey everyone, I’m currently testing and rolling out a Voice AI that acts as a real backup for incoming calls. Meaning no voicemail, no missed calls. If the business owner or team can’t answer the phone, the Voice AI steps in, understands the caller’s request, collects all relevant information and either– schedules an initial appointment directly, or– forwards the structured request internally, with a callback only if the caller explicitly wants one. Right now, I’m mainly working with psychologists, therapists and medical practices. From my experience, these niches have a massive issue with voicemail. They receive a high volume of calls, have to listen to voicemails manually and lose a lot of time and potential clients in the process. For this niche, the solution is already working very well. What I’m curious about now is your experience. In your opinion or based on what you’ve seen, which niche and target group benefits the most from a Voice AI acting as a backup receptionist and first point of contact? I've attempted to start my own company 4 times before and failed to make a profit for either until now!! It's been my dream to make money online with my own company and although I'm not rich or anything close to doing 10k a month or even 5k a month, I'm getting closer and closer with each passing day. It feels good knowing that I'm no longer trying to become an agency owner like I was last year and I'm actually in the trenches with it now. And when I say I'm in the trenches with it, that's exactly what I mean cause it's not all roses and sunflowers but I appreciate the experience I'm getting within the grind of trying to produce great results for local business owners. I've been so busy lately prospecting, selling, onboarding, delivering fulfillment & providing support for my clients that I haven't had much time to post or network within this group like I want to. But I realized that as I keep closing more clients, I'm making more & more money upfront and MRR! Although it's not a lot of money, I made $4,200 from my agency since my birthday on October 9th when I received a $97 payment and another payment the next day on Oct 10th then another Oct 23rd etc.! I've been on this journey for awhile now but I would know nothing, or be anywhere close to where I am if it weren't for watching YouTube videos religiously & learning in "Skool" from HighLevel gurus like @Robb Bailey for the past year and a half especially being in this Skool group learning all about Database Reactivation that I'll be doing for 1 of my clients this weekend and I'm very appreciative!! I made screenshots of all the transactions in my white labeled GHL account that I've received since my birthday, not to brag cause $1400 per month is nothing to really write home about or be able to barely survive off of besides being a side hustle in this crazy economy lol but I plan on making it main source of income soon enough and I just wanted to show that it really is possible to make traction within this business if you really roll your sleeves up and get to work so hopefully it might inspire someone else who was in my position last year just getting started with the best business automation software in the whole world called HighLevel!!!

I'm happy to say that I just acquired 2 new clients this past Thursday & Friday back to back! Cold calling is my main outreach method and after booking an appointment with a general contractor, I basically asked questions about his business, operations & any marketing he's done before or currently during our zoom meeting and after pointing out that his website is broken and not connecting I closed him for a free website plus monthly CRM software & hosting subscription on the spot! That is the first time that I had a "one call close" for my agency ever! I've been going back & forth for about 2 weeks with the other new client I acquired on Friday but this is the 1st person to join at one of my high ticket AI growth packages that includes SEO, Voice AI, live chatbot, CRM, Reputation Management, Database Reactivation and automated social media posts using the social planner. I'm both super excited to finally get paid over $1000 upfront plus monthly subscription and a little nervous about getting good results for this cleaning service being that I'm still somewhat of a novice with a grand total of only 4 clients now (the first 3 are low ticket website hosting + CRM software users). My biggest challenge with this new high ticket client will be producing good SEO results (which I have done once before) and integrating his current BookingKoala calendar to the Voice AI agent in order to book appointments for him. If anyone has any experience working with cleaning services, SEO or AI in general I would greatly appreciate any help and advice.

So here’s the deal guys, last Thursday morning I uploaded a bulk list of 699 car detail companies into my voicemail drop with AI automation workflow, sat back (not really I was cold calling remotely for a remodeling company in Seattle:) and watched my email notifications go through the roof from them calling back and speaking with my self selling, appointment booking Voice Ai bot! As an independent contractor who does remote cold calling for a living, this is the kind of Ai automation solution I’ve been waiting for!! Of course most people hung up once they realized it was Ai lol but I had 60 call backs out of 699 leads so that’s almost a 12% response rate & I had 4 booked appointments of the 60 so that’s a 7% conversion rate all automated!! I can’t tell you how good of a feeling it was to watch my Ai employees go to work at such a high rate that I reached my 100 sms limit for the day within 2 hours & most of my texts for the rest of the day weren’t able to go through! My offer is basically building a free smart Ai website that I branded as DigiSites. I did a drip campaign of 120 leads per hour. I also have 2 other business owners who didn’t convert into a booked appointment, but I followed up with them myself and sound very interested. Here’s the breakdown of the 4 booked appointments: 1 was booked directly through my voice Ai that answered the call. 1 was booked through sms with conversation Ai cause I also text them after sending the voicemail drop and many do text back. The 3rd appointment I booked myself cause I read all the transcripts of all the conversations and called this guy back who seemed interested but didn’t book with my bot. The last appointment was a call transfer from my bot and I was really shocked to answer my phone Saturday morning to a very warm prospect who was so impressed that he asked to speak to a representative and told me that he’s very interested in my Ai enhanced websites and he’s interested in getting his very own Ai employee too! It’s a great strategy cause even if the Ai doesn’t book an appointment themselves, it filters out the not interested people from the ones who are interested and turns what would normally be a cold call into an instant warm call that’s easier to close!! Let’s gooooooooo‼️

Just closed another deal this morning for website with SaaS that I branded for my company as “DigiSites”. It’s been a bit of a struggle to get here but I’m finally getting into a rhythm of consistency with setting appointments & closing deals on my white labeled High Level offer & it feels really good! Btw he also told me that he’ll be upgrading to my SEO service in a couple weeks too so that’s a double win!! Let’s go!!!! 🍾💰🤑
