Too scared of diving/falling
Something that has been bothering me the most and made me quit 6 months ago (I'm back now tho) is my really bad fear of diving and just falling in general in comparison to every other goalkeeper I play or played with, especially because now I play indoor soccer which is on concrete instead of grass.
The reason why this happens is because when I was around 3-4 years old I broke my right arm once because I fell while running and then at 5 years old I got a severe sprain on my left elbow by falling again, I'm 14 now but because of that I took literal weeks just to be able to do a low dive and split save comfortably on my strong side, but im starting to get burnt out again like I did when I quit 6 months ago.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get over this?
