We have been running a new formation for the last 3 weeks and it's something we've really been focusing on in training trying to drill the positions into the lad,
During this the keepers have been doing separate training while the lads get to grips with it.
Tonight we are going to add the keepers back in so they also get positional awareness when the game is in play.
For the first half hour we will be doing plyometrics to work the keepers explosiveness. I will try to get some videos
