How to keep warm during cold season matches and training?

With Freddie being autistic, he often doesn’t complain about the cold but I can see that he is freezing!

He also doesn’t like the feel of wearing too many layers.

Any advice on what I could get him to wear that might keep him a little warmer?

We tried a body warmer over the top and a coat on another occasion but he just takes them off as he feels uncomfortable.
