How to keep warm during cold season matches and training?
With Freddie being autistic, he often doesnโt complain about the cold but I can see that he is freezing! He also doesnโt like the feel of wearing too many layers. Any advice on what I could get him to wear that might keep him a little warmer? We tried a body warmer over the top and a coat on another occasion but he just takes them off as he feels uncomfortable. Thanks ๐

Hi. What were peoples reasons for playing in goal ? And what age did they start ?

Freddie has always wanted to play football but he is autistic and struggles with controlling his emotions. We avoided putting him in a team until one day the headmaster of his school suggested that he should join a local team as he was one of their most valued players on the school team. When I asked Freddie what his favourite position was, he replied with โGoal Keeper as Iโm really good at itโ Heโs been flying ever since and just absolutely loves it. Itโs helped him in so many ways and I wish I had done it earlier..
