We finished the first Ashra of Ramadan and This Ramadan hits different.

Workouts after sehri/iftar✅️
Postmeal activity✅️
Hydration✅️
Mindful, clean n healthy eating✅️
Portion control✅️
Staying active✅️
Consistency ✅️
And last but not the least the energy to do the ibadah/zikr/recitation is amazing 💪👌
