Ramadan Day 6
Suhoor: A glass of chia seeds water before meals, baked fish and 1 slice of cheesy garlic bread made with multi seed bread slice.
Iftar: 3 dates + warm chia seeds water with a drizzle of lemon juice. A few bites of Chana chat and dahi wada from yesterday's leftovers and a half pear.
Dinner: leftover baked fish and few pieces of meat with 2 tbsp rice
Total water intake from sehri until dinner: 5-6 glasses
