Iftar: 3 dates+ 2 glasses of chia seeds water.
2 airfried mini spinach samosas and 2 steamed Chana dal samosas, 1 steamed chicken spring roll.
Dinner: Rice with chicken curry and Daal.
Around 4 glasses of water and going on.....
