Did you move your body yesterday?
And no… Walking to the kitchen 17 times does NOT count.
Ramadan is not a “pause” button for your health.
Your body still needs circulation. Your muscles still need activation. Your metabolism still needs stimulation.
You don’t need: • A 60-minute workout
• A perfect plan
• Fancy equipment
You need 10–20 intentional minutes.
Light walk after iftar. Mobility before bed. Stretching after taraweeh. Even slow strength work.
Movement doesn’t break your fast.
Laziness does.
And before you say “I’m too tired” — Ask yourself:
Is it fasting…
or is it staying up till 1am scrolling?
Your body wants to feel light. Your worship feels easier when your body isn’t stiff and heavy.
So today’s call-out is simple 👇
Comment: ✔ “Done” if you moved yesterday
❌ “Nope” if you didn’t
🔥 “Doing it today” if this is your wake-up call
No judgement. Just accountability.
Because discipline in Ramadan? It hits different.
