Assalaam o Alaikum. My name is Durr-e-Afshan. I am a house wife. I am 35 years old with 4.10" height and 69.7 kg weight. I have 2 kids. I am from Ajman, UAE. I am struggling with excessive weight gain from past one year, anemic too, recently had a surgery of gallbladder and appendix. I want to lose weight to improve my overall health and gain my energy back. My biggest struggle is low energy and stay consistent.
