I'm Arisha Saeed from Karachi. I'm a student of Bs Computer Science. 20 years old, 4'11" and 62 kg. I have PCOS since I hit puberty ,I had been through many homeopathic medicines and from past 7 months I have shifted to allopathic, doctor prescribed me diane-35 and glucophage. My sleep cycle is disturb, hirsutism, fatigue, bloating low energy and I'm facing sudden weight gain. My goal is to loose fat and fix my routine .struggling to loose my fat and I start things but can't get stick to it.
