Intermittent fasting (Day 3)
Starting day with water(zeera,dhania,saunf,ajwain,adrak)
Breakfast= 2 boiled eggs, walnut 1, and a cup of tea without sugar
Lunch= chicken salad 🥗
Snack= hibiscus tea with date
Dinner= 1chicken shami + 5 tablespoons rice
Before sleep cinnamon tea 🍵
