Intermittent fasting (Day 12)
Starting day with water(zeera,dhania,saunf,ajwain,adrak)+ after 30mins 1 glass chia seed water
Breakfast= 2 boiled eggs and a cup of tea without sugar
Lunch= 6 tbsp biryani + 1/2 cup chai without sugar
Dinner= hand size maki rotti with saag
Before sleep cinnamon tea
