asalam o alikum I have been inactive due to some reasons my mama is in hospital and my baba have serious cervical issue and I am busy because of that now I will be start my dieting in sha allah and I will upload photos of my portion control diet because I hate doing exercises but slowly I will do everything but now I’m not taking Suger in chai and not eat any sort of sweet things in shall Allah in sha Allah this time I don’t wanted to back step 😭😭😭
