No junk ✅
not having junk for 3 days is already a win for me specially with 2 kids when you have to be awake till midnights and you have to control your hunger and giveup on your craving managing stress is something i cant express in words

i watch a simple workout 20min video on YouTube and do fullbody workout and 10 mins stretches
Mindful eating ✅
Today when I try to eat without using mobile and chewing properly I feel full without completing full meal which is a positive thing to me
