Started my day with 2 glass of water and morning drink
In breakfast I take one boil egg with yoghurt
In lunch i take 1 Guava and 1 orange
In dinner I take half roti with 3 kabab and salan.
And it's my day 2 of avoiding junk food Alhamdulillah
