✅Protein in every meal : (eggs in breakfast, steamed chicken in lunch and korma portion controlled with less oil in dinner)
❌No walk done after dinner, had early dinner around 7 and slept around 12)
Stretch and little walk ✅
Good water intake ✅
Alhamdolillah for going well
