Breakfast: French toast having 2 multi grain bread + 1/2 cup milk + 1 egg + 2 tbs oil along with one cup tea without sugar
1 litre water before lunch
Lunch: cucumber + chicken qeema aaloo + roti
Snack: 2 dates and nuts
Dinner at 8:30
1 Omelette sandwich using 2 eggs and gur wali chai.. I hope gur was okay to have..🤔
