Day 04
Breakfast: Oatmeal with some fruits and mixed seeds .
Lunch: small portion of chicken karhai with rice while feeding my toddler.
Dinner : I just ate Protein bar i was craving for something sweet so ate that with tea 🤭
Alhamdulilah
i was 64.4 when started and today when i checked it was 64.1
